2nd week advice...

so far heres what i know:
::: eat right.
if you come into this eating like a slob you will probably throw up in front of other people that FEEL like they might throw up, but they ate right, so they wont. i have been eating right for a good while, and it helps.

::: get help.
i have team of bros ready to help me in EVERY area i need help in, which is in EVERY AREA.. LOLOLOLOL!
for real. big dudes to hold pads when i want to hit it hard.
technical SURGEONS,, who can dissect moves and techniques WAYYY better than me.
a dude who runs his ASS off.
a couple crazies who just are willing to pop up when ever you need them for whatever.
if you have this, you are armed , and in a good spot. if you have people willing, to help, let them, im sure being part of this experience is cool for them too.
if you DONT, hang around after your class and ask your friends WHILE YOURE IN THE DOJO to help you work stuff. people are less likely to turn your strugglin ass down if other people hear you ask,, ha!

::: find your system.
right now im finding that i might have been OVER doing it in the beginning ( before the bootcamp actually started)
for me im finding that having thurs/ fri OFF before bootcamp may be a good idea... using those days for writing the thai forms, doing my visualizations *i'll get to that later*... these days are also good for light heavy bag hitting, working the details on my own.

::: understand your weeknesses, address them, but dont stress.
